Nephrocare acquires Philippines dialysis center assets for PhP 67.2 million As on : 14-Sep-26  19:09

Nephrocare Health Services Limited announced that its overseas step-down wholly-owned subsidiary, Nephrocare Health Care Services, Philippines Inc., has entered into an Asset Transfer Agreement with Renal One Dialysis Corp. for the acquisition of assets related to a dialysis center in Plaridel, Bulacan, Philippines, for a total consideration of PhP 67,200,000, equivalent to approximately INR 10.25 crores.
